24/7 Emergency
Sewage & Contaminated Water Cleanup in Lacey, WA
Sewage and black-water losses are contained, the materials the water touched are removed and disposed of, hard surfaces are disinfected, and the space is dried to a reading. The affected area is sealed off from the rest of the house. Porous materials the water reached come out and are bagged, with drywall cut to a margin above the visible line; hard surfaces are cleaned and disinfected. The space is then dried and read, and the containment comes down only when cleaning and drying are both finished.

Often needed alongside
- Emergency Water Extraction
Standing water is pumped and extracted around the clock, before it climbs the walls and soaks the subfloor. Same-day response where coverage allows.
- Structural Drying & Dehumidification
Sealed air movers and dehumidifiers bring framing, subfloor and drywall back to a measured dry standard, with daily readings logged from inside the material.
- Mold Remediation
Growth and the material it grew into come out under containment, what remains is cleaned, and the assembly is dried and read before anything closes it in.
Frequently asked questions
Why does water vanish into this ground?
Because the surface layer is clean glacial gravel, which takes water as fast as it arrives. That is why the prairies here drain so well, and it is why an outdoor leak can run for months without a wet patch ever appearing.
Where does the water stop going down?
At the hardpan, a dense layer of compacted till a few feet down that water barely moves through. Everything that went straight down collects on top of that and then travels sideways along it, which is how it reaches a foundation.
What does that mean in a wet November?
That the profile fills. Nine inches in a month is more than the layer above the hardpan can hold, so the perched water rises toward the surface and the ground that drained beautifully in August is saturated to within a foot of the top.
