24/7 Emergency
Sewage & Contaminated Water Cleanup in Everett, WA
Sewage and black-water losses are contained, the materials the water touched are removed and disposed of, hard surfaces are disinfected, and the space is dried to a reading. The affected area is sealed off from the rest of the house. Porous materials the water reached come out and are bagged, with drywall cut to a margin above the visible line; hard surfaces are cleaned and disinfected. The space is then dried and read, and the containment comes down only when cleaning and drying are both finished.

Often needed alongside
- Emergency Water Extraction
Standing water is pumped and extracted around the clock, before it climbs the walls and soaks the subfloor. Same-day response where coverage allows.
- Structural Drying & Dehumidification
Sealed air movers and dehumidifiers bring framing, subfloor and drywall back to a measured dry standard, with daily readings logged from inside the material.
- Mold Remediation
Growth and the material it grew into come out under containment, what remains is cleaned, and the assembly is dried and read before anything closes it in.
Frequently asked questions
What is the plastic sheet supposed to do?
Separate the house from the ground, so that moisture rising out of the soil does not reach the framing above. It works well when the ground beneath it is dry or drained. Laid over wet ground, it stops the water going up and does nothing else.
Why does a dry-looking crawl space still read wet?
Because what is wet is under the cover. The top of the sheet is dry and the space above it reads reasonably, while there is standing water sitting between the plastic and the soil. It has to be lifted to know, and it often is not.
What changes the situation down there?
Dealing with why the ground is wet before covering it again: drainage around the outside, water getting away from the building, and a sump where the ground genuinely sits low. The cover goes back afterward and then does the job it was meant for.
