Groundwater & Basement Water Intrusion in Wichita Falls, TX
Basement seepage, failed sumps and water through the slab are extracted and dried, and the path from the ground is found so the floor stays dry next season. The path from the ground is named first: through the wall, up through the slab, back through a drain, or from a sump that stopped. The space is extracted and dried, with the porous materials the water touched removed, and the delivery is addressed, because a dried floor only stays dry if the water stops arriving.

Often needed alongside
- Structural Drying & Dehumidification
Sealed air movers and dehumidifiers bring framing, subfloor and drywall back to a measured dry standard, with daily readings logged from inside the material.
- Emergency Water Extraction
Standing water is pumped and extracted around the clock, before it climbs the walls and soaks the subfloor. Same-day response where coverage allows.
- Mold Inspection & Testing
An independent assessor confirms whether the assembly that got wet is actually dry, whether growth started while it was not, and how far it reaches.
Frequently asked questions
Why does the trouble always start at the same place?
Because that is where two roofs meet and one of them cannot drain. The pitched roof delivers everything it collects onto a nearly flat section over the carport or porch, and that section has almost no fall to move it along. The junction takes the whole volume at the point it is least able to.
Does the rainfall pattern here make it worse?
Considerably. Under twenty-eight inches a year sounds undemanding, but it arrives in a small number of heavy events rather than steadily, so the low-slope section goes from dry to overwhelmed in an hour. A roof that copes for months is tested two or three times a year and fails then.
How far into the room does the work reach?
The ceiling below the junction and back into the room, along the framing rather than at the stain. Water entering at a change of pitch runs on the structure before it comes through, so the wet area follows the joists inward from the wall and is usually larger than the mark on the ceiling.
