24/7 Emergency
Sewage & Contaminated Water Cleanup in Johnson City, TN
Sewage and black-water losses are contained, the materials the water touched are removed and disposed of, hard surfaces are disinfected, and the space is dried to a reading. The affected area is sealed off from the rest of the house. Porous materials the water reached come out and are bagged, with drywall cut to a margin above the visible line; hard surfaces are cleaned and disinfected. The space is then dried and read, and the containment comes down only when cleaning and drying are both finished.

Often needed alongside
- Emergency Water Extraction
Standing water is pumped and extracted around the clock, before it climbs the walls and soaks the subfloor. Same-day response where coverage allows.
- Structural Drying & Dehumidification
Sealed air movers and dehumidifiers bring framing, subfloor and drywall back to a measured dry standard, with daily readings logged from inside the material.
- Mold Remediation
Growth and the material it grew into come out under containment, what remains is cleaned, and the assembly is dried and read before anything closes it in.
Frequently asked questions
Why does one end of the crawl read so much worse?
Because it is a different space. The ground falls away under the house, so the crawl is six feet at one end and knee height at the other, and the shallow end has almost no air movement and the most ground contact relative to its volume. The same house has two conditions under it.
Can the shallow end be worked at all?
With difficulty, and that shapes the whole job. There is not enough height to work in it properly, so material comes out slowly and equipment has to be positioned from the deeper end and ducted along. It is the part that takes the longest and the part people most often leave.
Where does water collect down there?
At the deep end, because everything falls that way. Water reaching the crawl from any point runs to the lowest part and stands there, which is also the part that is easiest to reach and to pump. The shallow end stays damp rather than wet, which is the harder problem of the two.
