Sewage & Contaminated Water Cleanup in Enid, OK
Sewage and black-water losses are contained, the materials the water touched are removed and disposed of, hard surfaces are disinfected, and the space is dried to a reading. The affected area is sealed off from the rest of the house. Porous materials the water reached come out and are bagged, with drywall cut to a margin above the visible line; hard surfaces are cleaned and disinfected. The space is then dried and read, and the containment comes down only when cleaning and drying are both finished.

Often needed alongside
- Emergency Water Extraction
Standing water is pumped and extracted around the clock, before it climbs the walls and soaks the subfloor. Same-day response where coverage allows.
- Structural Drying & Dehumidification
Sealed air movers and dehumidifiers bring framing, subfloor and drywall back to a measured dry standard, with daily readings logged from inside the material.
- Mold Remediation
Growth and the material it grew into come out under containment, what remains is cleaned, and the assembly is dried and read before anything closes it in.
Frequently asked questions
The roof was damaged in a storm. What is dried before it is repaired?
Whatever the water already reached, with temporary cover over the opening so nothing more comes in. Wet ceiling insulation is pulled, the ceiling is opened where the framing is wet, and the bays are read. Waiting for the permanent roof repair before drying starts leaves wet material sitting, which is how a storm loss becomes a longer job.
Why is the bottom of the wall wet when the water came in at the roof?
Because it ran down inside the cavity. Water entering high at a gable or roof edge travels down the bay and collects at the bottom plate, often with nothing visible in between. The wet extent is mapped with a meter up the wall, and the bay is opened where the readings call for it rather than only where the stain shows.
Does the summer heat make things worse after a storm?
It works against you in the gap before anyone arrives. With July highs near 95 degrees, heat drives moisture deeper into absorbent material and starts softening anything paper-faced. Once equipment is running the warm air is actually an advantage for drying. The damage is largely decided by how long the material sat wet in that heat.
