24/7 Emergency
Sewage & Contaminated Water Cleanup in Trenton, NJ
Sewage and black-water losses are contained, the materials the water touched are removed and disposed of, hard surfaces are disinfected, and the space is dried to a reading. The affected area is sealed off from the rest of the house. Porous materials the water reached come out and are bagged, with drywall cut to a margin above the visible line; hard surfaces are cleaned and disinfected. The space is then dried and read, and the containment comes down only when cleaning and drying are both finished.

Often needed alongside
- Emergency Water Extraction
Standing water is pumped and extracted around the clock, before it climbs the walls and soaks the subfloor. Same-day response where coverage allows.
- Structural Drying & Dehumidification
Sealed air movers and dehumidifiers bring framing, subfloor and drywall back to a measured dry standard, with daily readings logged from inside the material.
- Mold Remediation
Growth and the material it grew into come out under containment, what remains is cleaned, and the assembly is dried and read before anything closes it in.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the back wall wet and the front one dry?
Because the ground falls across the lot. The house sits with the street at one level and the yard well below it, so the front wall of the basement has very little earth against it and the rear wall has the full height. The same room has two completely different exposures.
Does that change how it is dried?
It changes what is measured and where. Readings are taken on each wall separately rather than treated as one room, and the rear wall is expected to run higher and longer. Signing the space off on a front-wall reading is the mistake these invite.
Which part is worth finishing?
The front, usually, and the back with caution. A wall with a few feet of earth against it behaves like an ordinary above-grade wall and takes a finish reasonably; a wall at full depth against wet ground does not. That distinction is worth making before anything is rebuilt.
