24/7 Emergency
24/7 Emergency Water Extraction in Goldsboro, NC
Standing water is pumped and extracted around the clock, before it climbs the walls and soaks the subfloor. Same-day response where coverage allows. Free water is pumped and extracted first, from hard floors and out of carpet and pad, before it climbs further into drywall and subfloor. The wet edge is metered and marked while the water is fresh, and drying equipment goes in the same day, because extraction is where the size of the job is decided.

Often needed alongside
- Structural Drying & Dehumidification
Sealed air movers and dehumidifiers bring framing, subfloor and drywall back to a measured dry standard, with daily readings logged from inside the material.
- Sewage & Contaminated Water Cleanup
Sewage and black-water losses are contained, the materials the water touched are removed and disposed of, hard surfaces are disinfected, and the space is dried to a reading.
Frequently asked questions
The roof is metal and it is new. Why is it leaking?
Often it is not leaking where the water enters the house. Metal laid over the original shingles leaves a void, and anything that gets past the outer layer runs along the old covering until it finds a nail hole or a seam and drops through there. The wet spot inside can be a long way from the actual entry.
Does the metal have to come off to sort it?
Sometimes a section does, and it is worth knowing early. The void cannot be inspected or dried from inside the house, and the old covering in it stays wet. Where readings on the deck stay high after the ceiling has come down, opening the roof along the run is the only way to reach it.
How is the deck dried if the void is sealed above it?
From the attic side, with air directed along the underside of the deck. It is slower than drying a deck that can breathe both ways, and the readings crawl once the surface has come down. Where they will not move at all, the layer above is the reason and the roofing work has to happen first.
