24/7 Emergency
Sewage & Contaminated Water Cleanup in St. Peters, MO
Sewage and black-water losses are contained, the materials the water touched are removed and disposed of, hard surfaces are disinfected, and the space is dried to a reading. The affected area is sealed off from the rest of the house. Porous materials the water reached come out and are bagged, with drywall cut to a margin above the visible line; hard surfaces are cleaned and disinfected. The space is then dried and read, and the containment comes down only when cleaning and drying are both finished.

Often needed alongside
- Emergency Water Extraction
Standing water is pumped and extracted around the clock, before it climbs the walls and soaks the subfloor. Same-day response where coverage allows.
- Structural Drying & Dehumidification
Sealed air movers and dehumidifiers bring framing, subfloor and drywall back to a measured dry standard, with daily readings logged from inside the material.
- Mold Remediation
Growth and the material it grew into come out under containment, what remains is cleaned, and the assembly is dried and read before anything closes it in.
Frequently asked questions
What is the shallow dip between the houses for?
It is the drainage. These subdivisions were graded so that surface water runs down a channel between each pair of houses to the street, and that dip in the lawn is that channel. It takes water from several lots behind as well as these two.
What stops it working?
Almost anything put in it. A fence with a solid base, a raised bed, a shed on blocks or even a well-meant regrade to flatten the lawn will dam it, and the water then spreads sideways into whichever foundation is nearest.
How far back does it collect from?
Further than most people realize, which is why the volume surprises them. The channel between two houses can be taking runoff from several lots uphill, so a blockage here backs water up across properties that have nothing to do with it.
