Structural Drying & Dehumidification in Roswell, GA
Sealed air movers and dehumidifiers bring framing, subfloor and drywall back to a measured dry standard, with daily readings logged from inside the material. The wet area is sealed, air movers and dehumidifiers run as one system, and the material is read at marked points every day against a dry standard from an unaffected room. The equipment leaves on the readings rather than on a date, and the final readings are logged so the rebuild starts on a documented dry structure.

Often needed alongside
- Emergency Water Extraction
Standing water is pumped and extracted around the clock, before it climbs the walls and soaks the subfloor. Same-day response where coverage allows.
- Mold Inspection & Testing
An independent assessor confirms whether the assembly that got wet is actually dry, whether growth started while it was not, and how far it reaches.
Frequently asked questions
Do roof mounts leak?
They do when they are done badly, and the failure is not visible from the ground. Each mount is a lag bolt through the shingles into a rafter, sealed with a flashing that should be woven into the covering. Where sealant alone was used instead, it lasts a few years and then the penetration is open.
How would a leak at a mount show itself?
From inside, usually. Water entering at a mount runs down the underside of the deck and shows as a stain on the attic sheathing or a ceiling below, some distance from the point of entry. The panels themselves hide the roof surface, so nothing is apparent from outside at all.
What happens when the roof needs replacing?
The array comes off and goes back on, which is a cost worth knowing about in advance. It is also the one opportunity to see the deck under the panels. Where an installation went onto an older roof, that deck has frequently been taking water at a mount for years, and this is when it is found.
