24/7 Emergency
24/7 Emergency Water Extraction in Palmetto Bay, FL
Standing water is pumped and extracted around the clock, before it climbs the walls and soaks the subfloor. Same-day response where coverage allows. Free water is pumped and extracted first, from hard floors and out of carpet and pad, before it climbs further into drywall and subfloor. The wet edge is metered and marked while the water is fresh, and drying equipment goes in the same day, because extraction is where the size of the job is decided.

Often needed alongside
- Structural Drying & Dehumidification
Sealed air movers and dehumidifiers bring framing, subfloor and drywall back to a measured dry standard, with daily readings logged from inside the material.
- Sewage & Contaminated Water Cleanup
Sewage and black-water losses are contained, the materials the water touched are removed and disposed of, hard surfaces are disinfected, and the space is dried to a reading.
Frequently asked questions
Why is water coming in at the bottom of the window?
Because the frame is supposed to drain there and cannot. The sill track collects whatever gets past the glazing and lets it out through small openings in the outer face, and when those block the track fills instead. Once it is full it overflows on the inside edge.
Is the window itself failing?
Usually not, which is worth knowing before anyone replaces one. The unit is doing what it was designed to do; what has failed is a drainage detail the size of a pencil that has silted up over decades. Clearing it often stops the problem entirely.
What gets wet when a track overflows?
The sill, the wall below it and the floor at that point, in small amounts repeatedly rather than all at once. That means what is found is long-standing rather than recent, and the finish below the window has usually been repaired before by somebody who did not clear the track.
