24/7 Emergency Water Extraction in Naples, FL

Standing water is pumped and extracted around the clock, before it climbs the walls and soaks the subfloor. Same-day response where coverage allows. Free water is pumped and extracted first, from hard floors and out of carpet and pad, before it climbs further into drywall and subfloor. The wet edge is metered and marked while the water is fresh, and drying equipment goes in the same day, because extraction is where the size of the job is decided.

Often needed alongside

  • Structural Drying & Dehumidification

Sealed air movers and dehumidifiers bring framing, subfloor and drywall back to a measured dry standard, with daily readings logged from inside the material.

  • Sewage & Contaminated Water Cleanup

Sewage and black-water losses are contained, the materials the water touched are removed and disposed of, hard surfaces are disinfected, and the space is dried to a reading.

Frequently asked questions

The house was empty and the leak ran for weeks. What has to come out?

Anything paper-faced or pressed-board that stood in water. Drywall wicks upward from the floor and cabinet boxes swell from the bottom edge, and after weeks neither dries back to a sound condition. Terrazzo and tile usually stay. The work is removal first, then drying the slab and the block behind the base, then rebuilding.

Does terrazzo have to come up after a leak?

Almost never. It is a hard surface bonded to the slab and it survives water well, but it also slows the slab underneath from releasing moisture upward. The drying is set up to pull from the edges and from any opening already made, and the floor is read with a meter rather than by eye before the base and cabinets go back.

Why is there still a smell after everything looked dry?

Usually because something absorbent was closed up while still damp. Cabinet toe-kicks, the back of a base run and the bottom of a wall cavity are the common places, and with lows near 56 degrees even in winter there is no cold, dry stretch to finish the job passively. Those areas are opened, dried and read before they are closed again.
