24/7 Emergency
Sewage & Contaminated Water Cleanup in Antioch, CA
Sewage and black-water losses are contained, the materials the water touched are removed and disposed of, hard surfaces are disinfected, and the space is dried to a reading. The affected area is sealed off from the rest of the house. Porous materials the water reached come out and are bagged, with drywall cut to a margin above the visible line; hard surfaces are cleaned and disinfected. The space is then dried and read, and the containment comes down only when cleaning and drying are both finished.

Often needed alongside
- Emergency Water Extraction
Standing water is pumped and extracted around the clock, before it climbs the walls and soaks the subfloor. Same-day response where coverage allows.
- Structural Drying & Dehumidification
Sealed air movers and dehumidifiers bring framing, subfloor and drywall back to a measured dry standard, with daily readings logged from inside the material.
- Mold Remediation
Growth and the material it grew into come out under containment, what remains is cleaned, and the assembly is dried and read before anything closes it in.
Frequently asked questions
What is peat ground?
Soil made largely of plant material that accumulated in the delta wetlands and never fully decayed. It is light, holds enormous amounts of water, and when it dries it shrinks and oxidizes away. Ground of that kind is still dropping in parts of this area.
Does a leak make it worse or better?
Neither simply. Water from a failed line under a building wets peat that has been drying, and wet peat swells, so a leak can lift part of a floor rather than dropping it. Either way the movement is local to where the water went.
How is a slab leak found on ground like this?
Carefully, because the usual signs mislead. Cracking and unevenness in a floor here may be years of ground movement rather than anything to do with a pipe, so the leak is confirmed by pressure testing and metering rather than by reading the floor.
